Status of these terms
These terms are a pre-launch template. The legal operator, business address, support contact, governing law, payment processor, refund rules, and effective date must be completed before a hosted service accepts customers.
The service
Leothos is software for storing relationship context, reflections, events, tasks, and data from integrations you choose. Features can change. Optional Pocket, AI, iMessage, and MCP functionality depends on third-party software or services and may be unavailable.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your credentials, the content you add, the people whose information you record, and having any permission or lawful basis required for that use. Team workspace owners and admins control membership and integrations; every member can access shared workspace memory. Do not use Leothos to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Hosted plan and trial
Solo is US$19 per month and Team is US$49 per purchased seat per month for 3–10 seats, after a workspace-level 14-day trial. Active members and pending invitations occupy seats. Stripe processes payment details and provides checkout and subscription management. Plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect according to the date shown in the Stripe customer portal. Taxes, refunds, the legal operator, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights must be finalised before production launch.
Self-hosting
When you self-host, you operate the deployment and are responsible for infrastructure, database configuration, backups, security, updates, availability, and third-party costs. The source is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only; the repository LICENSE file controls use of that source.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, distribute malware, abuse integrations, evade usage controls, or use the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation.

Warranties and liability
Any warranty disclaimers, service commitments, liability cap, indemnity, and consumer-law carve-outs require jurisdiction-specific legal review. None are asserted by this draft.
Ending use
You may stop using a self-hosted deployment at any time. Account settings lets a member export personal data; owners and admins can also export the active workspace. Password-reauthenticated account deletion removes a personal workspace and its billing, but preserves shared team memory. Team owners must transfer ownership before deleting their account. Backup-retention periods and operator-assisted handling for social-login-only accounts must be published before hosted launch.
